Can you access bank records?
No. Banking records are obtained through legal process, not investigation. Our work is open-source and registry-based, and it is frequently what makes a disclosure application viable by establishing where to look.
Does this work across borders?
Yes, subject to what each jurisdiction publishes. Some registries are open and detailed, others are effectively closed. We tell you which you are dealing with before the work starts.
Do you work directly with our litigation team?
Usually, and it produces a better result. Understanding the enforcement strategy shapes what we look for and how findings need to be documented.
